In all bioeconomic endeavours, food production on agricultural land must be a priority. In food, supplements & feed, there is a growing demand for alternative proteins and lipids, health-promoting foods and new ways to extend shelf life. Alternative proteins and feed additives are also needed to feed animals. Therefore, we seek for opportunities to optimise existing agricultural areas for the cultivation of food raw materials and to process them sustainably within the region.
